Copy-Paste Cruelty: Why Western Police are Acting Like the IOF
When Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited Australia in February 2026, he didn’t just bring politics—he brought a style of oppressive policing that the world is starting to recognize. The scenes in Sydney and Melbourne weren’t just “crowd control”; they were a mirror image of the cruelty the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) use against Palestinians every single day.
The Sydney Prayer Attack: An IOF Tactic
In a video that shocked the public, NSW Police were caught on camera breaking up a group of Muslim men who were peacefully praying (Salah). While these men were kneeling on the ground, officers pushed and dragged them off their prayer mats. When non-Muslim protesters tried to step in and protect them, the police kicked them and used pepper spray.
This isn’t a coincidence. This is a direct copy of how the IOF treats Palestinians at the Al-Aqsa Mosque. For years, the IOF has attacked worshippers during prayer with boots and weapons. By attacking people while they pray, Australian police are showing that they no longer care about human rights—they only care about protecting a visiting politician accused of war crimes.
Ignoring the Law to Protect a War Criminal
Under the Geneva Convention, Australia is supposed to arrest or investigate anyone accused of war crimes. Even though UN experts have pointed out that Herzog has encouraged genocide, the Australian government gave him a red carpet. Instead of arresting the person accused of crimes, they arrested 27 peaceful protesters who were just standing up for what is right.
A Global Pattern of Cruelty
This oppressive behavior is spreading like a virus across Western nations:
- Europe: In Germany and the Netherlands, police have been filmed chasing and kicking women in hijabs. These are the same tactics used to terrorize Palestinian women at checkpoints every day.
- United States: In early 2026, ICE violence turned lethal with the killing of Renee Good. They have even targeted Native Americans—the original people of the land.
These agencies learn to treat their own people as “enemies” through Deadly Exchange programs, where Western police train directly with the IOF to learn occupation-style control.
How They Learn to Be This Way
Why are police in Australia, Germany, and the US acting like Israeli soldiers? It’s because of “training exchanges.” Many Western police forces go to Israel to train with the IOF. They are taught to look at their own citizens as “enemies” instead of people they are supposed to protect.
When we let the world ignore the cruelty done to Palestinians, we are telling our own governments that it is okay to do those same things to us. They are practicing these violent moves on Palestinians today so they can use them on you tomorrow.
Call to Action: Stop Funding the Cruelty
We are paying for this. Our tax money pays for the boots that kick protesters and the training that teaches police to be oppressive.
We must stop this cycle by using BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions):
- Boycott: Stop buying from companies that make the technology and weapons used by the IOF and our own police.
- Demand an End to Training: Tell your local leaders to stop sending our police to train with the Israeli military.
- Wake Up: Realize that if we allow this to happen to Palestinians, it will keep happening to us.
