Palestinian Olympics team met with cheers in Paris
Crowds cheered as the Palestinian Olympic team took part in yesterday’s Opening ceremony of the Paris Games.
Spectators could be seen wearing t-shirts calling for a ‘free Palestine’, carrying watermelons posters – a symbol of Palestinian solidarity – and waving the flag.
