CAIRO, November 3, 2024 (WAFA) – President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas arrived on Sunday in the Arab Republic of Egypt on an official visit in response to an invitation from his Egyptian counterpart President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, in order to participate in the opening session of the 12th session of the World Urban Forum.
He was received at the presidential lounge at Cairo International Airport by Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbiny, and the staff of the Embassy and Delegation of the State of Palestine to the League of Arab States and the Consulate General of the State of Palestine in Alexandria.
